A total of 497 detached home sales were reported in the City of Toronto, with an average selling price of $1.59M – down 11% year-over-year. The average selling price of all Condo Townhouses /Condo Apartments increased by about 2% over the previous year.
The number of sales keep falling, and the sales ratio is above 35%, among semi-detached has reached 47%. In addition, the number of active listings is about 25% higher than last September.
